This closure of trading window is occasioned by declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2024. All the insiders, designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised to take note that in terms of trading restrictions placed under above regulations, the trading window for the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 01.04.2024 to till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2024 and are requested to refrain from trading in the securities of the Company,
