With reference to earlier communication dated 18th May 2021 regarding investment of Rs 240 crores to strengthen its competitive position in tyre reinforcement market by modernization of plant & augmenting capacity and for increasing the capacity of draw texturized & mother yarn. Century Enka has informed that the Company has commissioned the SSP and polyester spinning capacity to be used in Polyester Tyre Cord Fabric (PTCF). The Company will now start the process of approval of PTCF with tyre companies. With this project completion, all projects approved under aforesaid Capex stand completed.
