Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trident Texofab has informed that that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 01st April, 2024 and shall be opened 48 hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of declaration of Audited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated separately. Accordingly, all designated persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
