In terms of the Company code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation, 2018, Patdiam Jewellery has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st April, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2024.
