The requisite disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations and in terms of SEBI Circular vide SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated 11th July 2023 on the abovementioned appointees is enclosed as Annexure – I.
