Zee Media Corporation’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Indiadotcom Digital (IDPL) has entered into Agreement dated April 12, 2024, for making an investment of upto Rs 8.76 crore in Vyomeen Media (Newsreach), in tranches. This investment will be made by subscribing to equity shares and/or convertible equity linked instruments (Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares) of Newsreach.
