Bodhi Tree Multimedia has received approval from Ministry of Corporate Affairs for incorporation of subsidiaries of the company namely MAA SHANTI MOTION PICTURES and SAMIDHA KHALID VENTURES on April 25, 2024.
The incorporation of the subsidiaries will leverage the growth opportunities in the evolving digital media and entertainment space and will help the Company in becoming more customer focused.
Bodhi Tree Multimedia is primarily engaged in content production for television, films and other digital platforms.
