ARCL Organics has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Adplus Chemicals and Polymers for Phenol Sale-Purchase Agreement (PSPA). A definitive agreement is yet to be signed on the said matter as Adplus Chemicals and Polymers is installing a plant at Haldia and it will take around 2 years for the plant to start commercial production. Term of Agreement is 5 years. The price payable by the Buyer to the Seller for supply of Phenol shall be linked to marker-based pricing formula.
