Further, pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended from time to time the Company has fixed Wednesday, 15th May, 2024 as a cut-off date to record entitlement of Members to cast their vote electronically for the business to be transacted in 15th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The voting period begins on Sunday, 19t May, 2024 at 9.00 am (IST) and ends on Tuesday, 21st May, 2024 at 5.00 pm (IST).
