Bata India has executed the sale deed with Amolik Buildcon LLP for freehold industrial land admeasuring approximately 11.54 acres situated in Faridabad (the Faridabad Land). The company has received the entire consideration (net of TDS), that is, Rs 154.44 crore.
Bata India is the largest retailer and leading manufacturer of footwear in India and is a part of the Bata Shoe Organization.
