In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CI R/P/2018/ 144 dated 26th November 2018, in respect of Fund Issuance of Debt Securities and di closures and compliance thereof by Large Corporates (LC). Veer Global Infraconstruction has informed that as at 31st March 2024, the Company does not meet the criteria / framework stated in condition (i) (i) (iii). In view of the above, the Company cannot be considered a Large Corporate and therefore the company is not required to make Initial Disclosure/Annual disclosure pursuant to the above said SEBI Circular.
