Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 (1) (a) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, Madhucon Projects has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, the 18th day of May, 2024 at 11:00 am at the Corporate Office of the Company to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results in IND-AS format for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024 along with Auditors’ Report for the financial year 2023-24. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company remained closed for all the Directors/ officers/ Designated Employees of the Company from 01-04-2024 and will open after 48 hours of the announcement and intimation of the results by the Company to the Stock Exchanges.
