Adani Energy Solutions’ subsidiary -- Adani Electricity Mumbai (AEML) has executed Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Windson Projects LLP (WPLLP) for acquiring 100% Equity Shares of Pointleap Projects (PPPL). Adani Electricity Mumbai has executed SPA on May 2, 2024. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 4-5 working days from the execution date of SPA.
