Bhoruka Facades has ceased to be subsidiary company of Bhoruka Aluminium with effect from May 28, 2013. This is pursuant to transfer of shares held by the company in Bhoruka Facades to YKK Holding Asia, Singapore. The company had transferred the shares as part of its restructuring process.
Bhoruka Aluminium is a major producer of structural extrusions for doors, windows, vents, shop fronts, louvres, rolling shutters, ladders, curtain walls, glazing, partitions, etc. The company excels in the manufacture of special extrusions for applications in water purifiers, small electric motors, computers, electronics equipment, modular racks, exibition stalls, moulded luggage, conservatories, sprinkler irrigation systems, etc.
