Acropetal Technologies has received an approval to dispose off/ divest equity shares to the maximum extent of 3% i.e. up to 30,000 equity shares of Kinfotech. On disposal of the said shares, Kinfotech ceases to be the subsidiary of the company. The board of directors at its meeting held on May 29, 2013 has approved for the same.
