Further, pursuant to the provisions of Company’s Code of conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, (including any statutory modification(s), amendment(s), and re-enactment(s) thereof) and our communication letter dated March 29, 2024, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company had already been closed for Designated Person and their immediate relatives with effect from April 1, 2024 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2024.
