California Software Company has received an approval for sale of shares of wholly owned subsidiary company Inatech Infosolutions. The board of director at its meeting held on May 29, 2013 has approved for the same.
The board has also authorized the Managing Director and CEO of the company to finalize terms and conditions for sale and to obtain approval of the shareholders through postal ballot as a matter of good corporate governance.
