Keerthi Industries has reported results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2013.
The company has reported a net loss of Rs 14.85 crore in Q4FY13 as compared to net profit of Rs 1.44 crore in the same quarter previous year. Total income from operation of the company has decreased by 36.72% to Rs 23.02 crore as compared to Rs 36.38 crore in corresponding quarter last year.
For the year ended March 31, 2013, the company has reported a net loss of Rs 24.55 crore in FY13 as against a net profit of Rs 11.94 crore in previous years. Total income from operation of the company has decreased to Rs 92.13 crore as compared to Rs 150.23 crore in FY12, down by 38.67%.
