Safari Industries (India) has informed that the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee (‘the Committee’) of the Board of Directors of the Company, vide its Meeting held today on Tuesday, 14th May 2024, has approved Grant of 5,200 Employee Stock Appreciation Rights (‘ESAR’) to eligible employees of the Company under the Safari Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme 2022 (‘ESAR Scheme 2022’).
