In continuation to earlier communication dated 3rd May, 2024 informing the fixation of Record date of Friday, May 17, 2024 as the Record Date for the purpose of demerger of the business of Ujaas Energy, Ujaas Energy has informed that the record date has been revised to Wednesday, 22nd May, 2024. Therefore, Wednesday, 22nd May, 2024, is hereby declared as the revised record date pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, for the purpose of implementing the abovementioned demerger of the business of Ujaas Energy in accordance with the Resolution Plan. Those shareholders who hold the shares of Ujaas Energy as on the said Record Date will be allotted the shares of the Resulting Company No.1 and 2.
