Karur Vysya Bank is all set to expand its footprint in the country with opening of its new branch in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh on May 22, 2024. Located at Swami Dayanand Marg, Rampath, this will be the 840th branch of the Bank.
For the year ended March 31, 2024, the bank has reported 45.09% rise in net profit at Rs 1,604.81 crore as compared to Rs 1,106.09 crore for the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 28.50% at Rs 9,862.63 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 7,675.49 crore for year ended March 31, 2023.
Karur Vysya Bank is among six old generation private sector banks that have been identified by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to implement Speed Clearing at Mumbai.
