Further, pursuant to Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for the Insiders and all the designated persons as defined in the code is closed from 1st April, 2024 and will re-open after 48 hours of declaration of Audited Financial results/statements for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024, which have already been informed of the same.
