Archies has renewed a Public Relations Services Agreement with Mileage Media Mantra, a communication management advisory company with effect from May 19, 2024, to provide the services related to media presence and/or product of the company. The said agreement shall be valid for a period of 10 months and 13 Days from May 19, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
This Agreement shall automatically be renewed for a term equal to the current term of this agreement upon express or implied acceptance of any of the parties herein unless terminated by any of the parties herein. The term of such renewed agreement shall be the same as the term and conditions of this agreement.
