Sahyadri Industries has informed that, as per communication received from its current Registrar and Share Transfer Agent ‘Link Intime India‘, 'Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation’, a consolidated subsidiary of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc (MUFG) acquired 100% shareholding of Link Group by way of scheme of arrangement. Consequent to the said acquisition, legal entity name of Link Intime India Private Limited and their logo will undergo changes. A copy of such communication letter is enclosed.
