Further, in continuation of its letter dated March 27, 2024 regarding closure of Trading Window, the company re-iterated that in accordance with the Company's code for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company has already been closed and shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024.
