Tide Water Oil Company has received approval for dissolution of Veedol Deutschland GmbH, Germany, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on May 18, 2024, has approved the same. The effective date of dissolution has been fixed on September 01, 2024, subject to clearances to be obtained as per prevailing laws of the country of incorporation.
