The recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2023- 2024 will be considered at the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 29th May 2024. As communicated vide earlier Letter No. BASML/SEC/1439/SE’S/2023-24 dt.27.3.2024, the trading window of our Company will remain closed till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31.3.2024 i.e., 1.4.2024 to 31.5.2024.
