Pursuant to Regulations 29(1)(a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, Chadha Papers has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the company will be held on Thursday, 30th day of May, 2024 at 02:30 pm at R-11, Nehru Enclave, Kalkaji, New Delhi -110019, India, to consider, approve and take on record the audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2024. Further, in continuation to its Intimation dated 29th March 2024 regarding closure of trading window for dealing in shares of the Company, it has informed that pursuant to the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities of the Company, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall continue to remain closed till two days from the declaration of audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2024, for all the Designated Persons of the Company and their Immediate Relatives.
