Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, BGR Energy Systems has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, the May 30, 2024, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2024. Further, to letter dated March 30, 2024, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company has already commenced from 1st April, 2024 and the same shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company both Standalone and Consolidated for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2024 in the Board Meeting to be held on 30th May 2024 (Both days inclusive), that is till 1st June 2024.
