Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and in terms of the Policy for Determination of Materiality of Events or Information of the Company, Madhav Infra Projects has informed that the Income Tax Department had conducted a search at some of the offices of the Company on 18.05.2024 and concluded their search on 22.05.2024. The officials of the Company have cooperated with the officials of the Income Tax Department and have responded to the clarifications and details sought by them. The business operations of the Company continue as usual and have not been impacted due to the search. The company will comply with its legal obligation for disclosure from time to time.
