Paushak has informed that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’), approved the appointment of Tanuj Manubhai Patel (DIN: 00016788) as an Independent Director of the Company, for a term of 5 consecutive years, with effect from approval of his appointment at the AGM scheduled to be held on Friday, 2nd August, 2024. The company declared that Tanuj Patel is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. The detailed disclosure as required under SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular Nos. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure – A.
