Hero Motocorp has informed that the Company had filed rectification applications in respect of the reassessment orders dated March 30, 2024 pertaining to six assessment years. The Company has received the rectification orders for the said assessment years resulting in reduction of original demand from Rs 604.87 crore to Rs. 177.96 crore and the Company has filed appeals against the same. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, are attached as Annexure-1.
