The company has informed that Mukesh M. Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 106625W), the Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued Audit Report with unmodified opinion on the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2024. A copy of the aforesaid Financial Results together with Audit Report of the Statutory Auditors and a Declaration on Unmodified opinion in respect of the aforesaid Auditor’s Report is enclosed. The appointment of Nilesh Bansilal Mehta (DIN: 00199071), as an Additional Director of the Company in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director, for a period of five consecutive years with effect from 25th May, 2024, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company. The meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 12:10 pm and concluded at 12:45 pm.
