Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Aster DM Healthcare has informed that the Company is expanding the Aster CMI Hospital located at Bengaluru. The hospital will have an additional infrastructure expansion of 300,000 sq feet with an investment of around Rs 250 crores. The hospital will increase its bed capacity from existing 500 to 850 beds by financial year 2027 and the expansion is in line with Aster’s mission of becoming 3rd largest healthcare player in India in the next 3 years.
