Panama Petrochem has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, Approved and taken on record the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2024 and the audited financial statements (standalone and consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2024; Recommended a Final Dividend @ Rs 4 per equity share of Rs 2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2024. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders, shall be paid within two weeks from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting; Recommended to the shareholders appointment of Almas Nanda (DIN: 05329210), as Independent Director of the Company. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it enclosed the following: Copy of audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024; and Auditors’ Report on the Audited financial results-standalone and consolidated. JMR & Associates LLP, the Statutory Auditors of the Company, have issued auditors' report with an unmodified opinion on the Audited Financial Results for financial year ended March 31, 2024.
