AMD Industries is planning to sell in part or whole of the investment, held by the company in equity shares of its subsidiary, AMD Estates and Developers (AEDPL). Further, upon sale of equity shares equal to or more than 2%, AEDPL shall not remain the subsidiary of the company. It has already received the approval from its board for the proposed sale.
AMD Industries is engaged in the manufacturing of packaging articles being used in soft drinks, Beverages, water, beer, liquor and pharmaceutical industries.
