Race Eco Chain has divested entire stake of 99.32% in its material subsidiary -- M/s Abhay Innovative Recycling. Consequent upon the said dis-investment, M/s Abhay Innovative Recycling, ceased to be a subsidiary of the company after shareholders’ Approval. The consideration from such sale/ disposal is Rs 3.77 crore.
The transaction is expected to be completed on or before October 31, 2024 subject to other approval of any regulatory authorities, if any.
