Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI LODR Regulations, they declared that the statutory auditors have issued audit report with unmodified opinion on the financial results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2024; Appointment of Vishal Thawani & Associates, Company secretaries (COP No.: 17377) as a Secretarial auditor of the Company for the FY 2024-25; Appointment of Pooja M. Kulkarni & Co., Chartered Accountants (FRN: 154602W) as an internal auditor of the Company for the FY 2024-25; Appointment of KPMSS & Associates, Cost Accountants (FRN: 005229) as a Cost auditor of the Company.
