Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences through its subsidiary -- KIMS Hospital Bengaluru has entered into a lease agreement for setting up a Super Specialty Hospital in Bengaluru, Karnataka, with the Peoples Education Society (PES). The company has entered into a lease deed for 25 years.
KIMS Hospital Bengaluru has also entered into a management agreement with PES to exclusively manage the proposed under-construction hospital unit at Electronics City, Bengaluru. The Super Specialty Hospital will be under the exclusive supervision and control of KIMS which shall be solely responsible for the proper and efficient management. KIMS shall bill and collect all revenues of the Super Specialty Hospital and incur expenses for running the hospital. KIMS shall be solely entitled to the Net Profits of the Super Specialty Hospital in each Financial Year.
