SJVN to start power generation from hydro-electric project in Nepal from 2025

SJVN is eyeing to start power generation from its under-construction 900 MW Arun-3 hydro-electric project in Nepal from 2025. More than 74% of the project works have already been completed and the remaining works are going on in full swing. The project has the potential to generate 3924 million units of electricity every year.

SJVN’s principal business activity is electricity generation. The company is also engaged in the business of providing consultancy.
