In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Kalyan Capitals has informed that Kushal Gupta (DIN:10414379) vide letter dated June 06th, 2024 has tendered his resignation from the position of Non-Executive Director of the Company, with effect from close of business hours on June 05th, 2024, due to preoccupation and other personal commitments. Further, as per the requirement of Regulation 30 read with Clause 7B of Para A of Part A to Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company has received confirmation from Kushal Gupta that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter dated June 06th, 2024. The detailed disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure A. The letter of resignation received from Kushal Gupta, respectively is enclosed as Annexure B.
