Pbm Polytex has informed that it enclosed copes of newspaper published on 07.06.2024 in the newspaper named ‘The FInancial Express-English edition’ and ‘The Financial Express - Gujarati edition’ for attention of the equity shareholders of the co.to claim their unpaid/uncliamed dividends for FY 2016-17 and all subsequent dividends cleared by the Co. and in case the Co. does not receive any communication/claim for unclaimed dividend from the concerned shareholders then such shares are liable to be transferred to the IEPF account as per section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules 6 of the IEPF Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer & Refund) Rules, 2016, as amended from time to time.
