In continuation to letter dated 04th March, 2024 regarding resignation of Ajay Srivastava, Chief Human Resources Officer from the services of the Company, Orient Bell has informed that the employment of Ajay Srivastava in the company has ceased to have effect from the close of business hours of 07th June, 2024. A copy of letter of resignation dated 04th march, 2024 tendered by Srivastava is enclosed. The required disclosure to be made pursuant to the SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 in respect of aforesaid resignation is enclosed as Annexures A.
