High Energy Batteries (India) has informed about corrections in proceedings of 63rd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 08.06.2024. 01. Please read in Page no.03, SI.No (A) - Under the heading - Chairman of the Meeting, as ‘Article 71 of the Articles of Association of the Company’ instead ‘Article 75 of Articles of Association of the Company’. 02. Please read in Page no.09, SI.No (U) - Under the heading - Voting Results, as ‘all the three resolutions’ instead ‘all the five resolutions’. 03. Please read in Page no.10, Item. No.3 of the Resolution, as ‘The percentage of votes cast in favour of the resolution was 99.99% of the total votes polled’ instead ‘The percentage of votes cast in favour of the resolution was 100 % of the total votes polled’. This is to clarified that there is no impact in the Proceedings of 63rd Annual General Meeting submitted to the Stock Exchange in terms of Regulation 30 read with Part -A of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. They regret for the inadvertent typographical error.
