Capacite Infraprojects has received approval for the issuance of upto 1000 secured, unrated, unlisted, redeemable Non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of a face value of Rs 10,00,000 (Debentures) each, aggregating to up to Rs 100 crore in one or more tranches on private placement basis. The Board of Directors of the company in their meeting held on June 11, 2024, inter-alia, considered and approved the same.
