Indo Thai Securities has informed that in reference to the intimation dated June 08, 2024, concerning the Proceedings of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2024-25 held on June 07, 2024. There has been a delay in the submission of proceedings of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on June 07, 2024, it has tried to file the proceeding of the EGM within 12 Hours. However due to a technical glitches and weekend it is not able to submit the same in due time. Hence, the Company submitted the proceedings of EGM within 25 hours, instead of 12 hours. The company resubmitted the proceedings along with this clarification regarding a delay in submission.
