Trident’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Trident Home Textiles (THTL) has made further investment in its wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Trident Global B.V.’, (a step-down subsidiary of Trident) on June 11, 2024. Trident Home Textiles has further invested in 15,000 ordinary shares of Trident Global B.V. Trident Global B.V. was incorporated with the objects of wholesale business of textiles, paper, non-food consumer good and clothing accessories.
Trident is engaged in manufacturing, trading and selling of Textiles (Yarn, Terry Towels & Bedsheets) and Paper & Chemicals.
