Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Inox Wind has informed that CRISIL has upgraded both its long-term and short-term ratings of the Company’s banking facilities as under: • ‘CRISIL A/Stable’ (upgraded from CRISIL A-/Stable) rating for Company’s long term bank facilities; • ‘CRISIL A1’ (upgraded from CRISIL A2+) rating for Company’s short term bank facilities.
