Wheels India has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) at their meeting held earlier on June 05, 2024, recommended to the Board for designating G Muguntha Narayanan, Deputy General Manager (Accounts) as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) in terms of Regulation 16(1)(d) of the SEBI LODR with effective from June 05, 2024, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
