Exhicon Event Media Solutions has signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Green Branch Contracting & Land Scaping LLC on June 12, 2024 for acquisition of 76% of the stake of Green Branch Contracting & Land Scaping LLC.

Green Branch Contracting & Land Scaping LLC are the independent contractors for maintenance and landscaping works and also offering other services such as environmental management system, modular systems, ground engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering.
